Wind Creek Casino and Hotel will be hosting a musical legend next month when famed blues artist B.B. King takes the stage during his scheduled performance on July 20.

King, who has recorded 60 albums over his more than 60-year career, is widely known as the “King of Blues.”
King is known for hit songs, such as “The Thrill is Gone,” “Together for the First Time,” “Three O’clock Blues,” and “You Don’t Know Me.”
In 1997 King received his second gold album with the release of “Deuces Wild,” a record recorded with guest performances from artists including Eric Clapton, the Rolling Stones, Bonnie Rait, Willie Nelson, Joe Cocker, Tracy Chapman, Mick Hucknall (Simply Red), Dr. John, Marty Stewart, D’Angelo, David Gilmore, Paul Carrick and Heavy D.
Wind Creek Public Relations Coordinator Lynn Woodcock said PCI is honored to host a legend of America’s blues genre of music.
“Bringing his complex and delicate technique that has mixed traditional blues, jazz, swing, mainstream pop and jump into a unique sound, Wind Creek Casino is proud to host a music legend,” Woodcock said.
