1 review of Apache Sky Casino 'We were on our way to an event at the Aravaipa Canyon Ranch when we felt the need to eat. We used Yelp, and couldn't find any place close. Shortly thereafter we saw a sign for a casino and decided to check it out for food (because casinos are known to have food). The San Carlos Apache Tribe of Arizona will break ground on a second gaming facility in April. The $26 million Apache Sky Casino will feature 400 to 500 slot machines, 10 to 12 table games, six poker tables, and a full-service restaurant and lounge.
